Hi, I am Sander. I worked for fifteen years as a consultant in physical asset management and property maintenance, first for an NGO specialising in maintenance surveys for heritage, then as a consultant at an asset management software firm. My clients ranged from apartment owners to the Dutch national government. And every single one asked the same question, just at different scopes.
